1.Stephen Biko has in common with pericles is they both are honored for there deaths. they both were great people. They both were legendary heroes. They both are parts of history.

2.the reason it is important to mandela to keep alive the memory of biko is because he was a hero and he did lots of good things. he died in bad condition,officers beat him to death.His condition is what people remember.

2. The speech in my perspective basicly ment these lady's gathering around to talk about people they think that mad a change in there lives. They honor those who have died for them to speak there mind, and for them to have right for there country. Like they honor Stephen Biko in south Africa prison because he fought for what he believed in. He was someone who lead the fight against aparthied. He was in a government policy of racial segregation it discriminated against nonwhites. he did good for his people.

1.My reaction to Arjuna is that he's like a very powerful weapon. I thought of him as strong like an arrow. Drona tested his student's skills in archery by giving them directions, and a bow and tellin them to hit the target. Arjuna shows that he is the best student by hitting his target. Drona reward Arjuna by giving him an outstanding invisible weapon that is named Brahma-head along with the instruction of how to release and return it.

2.Arjuna is different from the rest of the students because he is strong and puts a lot of work what he does. He killed an aligator with five arrows.

3.In the list of Arjuna qualities i think him killing the aligator would be admired in india the most.

1. The similarites between the culture is they are both ancient. There different because mesopotamia cities arose, each existing independently as a city state. E ach state had its own ruler,its own army, and its own patrin deity,along with a towering temple or ziggurat built in his or her honor.They both also have religons.Old kingdom,new kingdom,middle kingdom.

1.The religon of the ancient Greeks is different from that of the Jews , Christians and Muslims because the religion of the ancient Greeks had no sacred writings (such as the bible) and no commandments.

Think Through Gilgamesh

1a. My reaction was is that i was shocked when i learned the result of Gilgamesh's Quest for immortality. Beacause i didn't know that event would have accured.
b. Gilgamesh wants to find utnapishtim because he explains that he is grieving over death of his friend and afraid of dying himself, he wants to learn the secret of everlasting life.
c.Utnapish tells gilgamesh the story of the flood.

3. Gilgamesh couldn't except the fact that human beings die because it happened to someone close to him, which was his friend.
4. I think the story end with gilgamesh proudly showing urshnabi the city of uruk because after traveling for a long time he had accomplished his journey.
5. The event in the story that i think had the strongest effect on gilgamesh is the death of his close friend.
6. I tink the story of gilgamesh might continue by staying at uruk and he would have added more gardens and portiats. I think he would have been a supreme ruler and king.
7. In our world today people take to death as emotional, and they cry. And sometimes they get so made or sad that people take there lives.

QUEST STORY

*Finding Nemo*
My Quest story i chose to write about is Finding Nemo. I chose to write about Nemo's quest because it talks about adventure. The trip is about loosing Nemo. The story was about a fish who lived in an aninomy underwater and his name was Nemo. His dad Marvin went on a journey to find Nemo because he got lost. Nemo got lost on his way of to school. It was his first day and he had to catch the bus. But when he was getting on the bus he got lost in the crowd of other people who where going to school. In the beggining of the story Nemo's dad was looking for Nemo down in the ocean,but he couldnt find. Marvin searched for nemo for a long period of time. Then he ran into a girl named Dori. Dori acted a little slow as in short term memory lost but,she wasn't a bad person. She said she knew where Nemo was so they set of to look for him. They searched for Nemo for a long time, they had to ask a lot of questions. But on the other hand Nemo was looking for his dad, and on his way of looking for his dad he got trapped in a fishing net. During this transition from water to land he was forced into a fish tank that he knew nothing about.There for he had to make friends, and learn how to survive. Then Nemo's friends helped him escape into the deep blue sea. Marvin and Dori got throw the jelly fish intensly amd got important information about Nemo. He got information from the surfer turtles and found Nemo, and Nemo found them.
